Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and deliver business insights.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Perform financial analysis and evaluate business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead financial planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and motivate a team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Economist.
• Hands-on experience in a headquarters (corporate) finance role within a financial institution – mandatory.
• Proven experience analyzing banks' financial statements – mandatory.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and budget control.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Previous managerial experience leading teams – a significant advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights to senior management.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
