Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Graphic Designer role based in Pardes Hana – Karkur. The Freelance Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing final artwork files, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and adjusting designs based on feedback. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and ensuring that all graphics meet technical and quality standards. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance overall visual communication.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Candidates should possess visual identity and branding skills, including Logo Design and Branding, and experience creating cohesive brand systems.
• Candidates should possess typography-related skills, including Typography and layout design, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy.
• Relevant experience in producing digital and print-ready assets, working with design specifications, and preparing files for various channels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, polished execution, and a range of design styles.
• Ability to work on-site in Pardes Hana – Karkur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to collaborate with non-design stakeholders.
• Formal education in design or related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
