Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager for a financial organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Information Systems, Data, vendors, and business units while leading cross-functional projects from end to end
• Define and plan project scope, build project plans, and establish milestones and timelines
• Manage project tasks, budgets, resources, and monitor project progress to ensure objectives are achieved
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, identify risks and blockers, and provide effective solutions
• Evaluate technology solutions to improve business processes, translate business needs into technology requirements, prepare management reports and status updates, and lead decision-making processes in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience leading complex cross-organizational projects
• Experience managing projects in Information Systems, Data, and systems integration
• Experience building project plans and managing budgets, timelines, and risks
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, technology teams, senior management, and vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems – advantage
