Digital Systems Analyst (Fintech / Enterprise)

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Systems Analyst to join a leading financial organization. In this role, you will combine technical and functional systems analysis, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

You will be responsible for analyzing and defining complex digital systems across Web and Mobile environments. This includes writing detailed specification documents, designing APIs and Client-Server interfaces, and analyzing integration flows.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong systemic view alongside a sharp eye for detail—someone who truly understands how applications, interfaces, data, and infrastructure connect.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Analysis: Lead the technical and functional analysis of complex Web and Mobile applications.
• Specification Design: Write highly detailed functional and technical specification documents (HLD/LLD), including API design and Client-Server contracts.
• Data & Integration: Design data structures and database tables, write SQL queries, and analyze complex integration processes.
• Testing & Validation: Work with Postman (or similar tools) to test Web Services and APIs.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with development, QA, business units, infrastructure, and information security teams to support the entire development, integration, and testing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, specifically with Web systems in Client-Server environments.
• Technical Spec Writing: Proven experience writing technical specifications for Web, Mobile, and APIs.
• Hands-on Tools: Strong proficiency with SQL, database schemas, and Postman (or equivalent web services testing tools).
• Education: B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Background in Software Development.
• Experience in the Insurance/Fintech sector or large Enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Splunk, or Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
