About the Role
Join our Global Spare Parts Operations team and play a key role in ensuring business continuity for customers worldwide.
As a Global Spare Parts Escalation & Supply Chain Specialist, you will lead complex operational escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive critical supply chain decisions to minimize customer impact. This role requires ownership, analytical thinking, fast decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple global organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of worldwide operational escalations from identification through successful resolution.
- Manage critical customer situations while balancing business priorities, operational constraints, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Support, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouses, and regional Service organizations.
- Lead decision-making processes to achieve the fastest and most effective customer solution.
- Prioritize multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously in a dynamic global environment.
- Analyze operational data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service level, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automation solutions using analytical tools.
- Support KPI achievement while continuously improving operational performance.
- Act as a trusted focal point for internal stakeholders worldwide.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Materials Management, Customer Support, or Manufacturing.
- Experience working in global organizations.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business information systems.
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
