ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager to support the planning, coordination, analysis and day-to-day execution of key business and operational activities. This execution-oriented role combines work planning, project management, budgeting, data analysis, procurement and logistics, while building the operational infrastructure, processes and management tools that enable the organization to grow and scale efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, manage and track work plans, milestones, owners, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Manage operational projects hands-on, coordinate stakeholders, surface blockers and drive tasks to completion.
• Support budget planning, track plan versus actual performance, analyze variances and maintain ongoing forecasts.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, management reports, presentations and decision-support analyses.
• Manage procurement and supplier coordination, including orders, equipment, inventory, deliveries and project logistics.
• Analyze business and operational data, identify gaps and trends, and translate insights into practical actions.
• Map and improve processes, implement working tools and automations, and maintain clear procedures and documentation.
• Follow up on decisions and commitments, ensuring that plans are translated into measurable execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Operations, Project Management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing projects, work plans, processes, and multiple priorities from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical and business skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, AI tools, BI tools and others.
• Experience with budget tracking, operational reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, ownership and very good communication skills in Hebrew and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a technology environment.
• Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Zoho, Power BI or similar tools, and exposure to procurement or logistics.
