Aidome is building the next generation Enterprise AI Control Plane for highly regulated organizations. Our platform enables enterprises, governments, financial institutions, and defense organizations to securely deploy, govern, and operate Generative AI in self hosted, air gapped, and sovereign environments.

We are looking for a hands on engineer who enjoys building products from scratch, solving difficult infrastructure problems, and shipping enterprise grade software.

You will join our core R&D team and work across the entire product stack, from architecture discussions through production delivery.

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating new capabilities, challenging assumptions, and helping shape the future of enterprise AI infrastructure.

• Design, build and own end to end product features.
• Participate in architecture, planning and technical design discussions.
• Turn product ideas into scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Develop backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces and platform integrations.
• Build secure AI infrastructure for self hosted and air gapped deployments.
• Work with containerized environments, Kubernetes and cloud native technologies.
• Integrate AI models, LLM gateways, inference services and enterprise systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability, observability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Security and DevOps teams.
• Take ownership from concept through production delivery.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience (Python, Go, Node.js or similar).
• Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript or modern frameworks.
• Experience designing REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and modern databases.
• Comfortable working inside agile R&D teams.
• Strong problem solving skills and curiosity.
• Self starter with high ownership and execution mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Cybersecurity background.
• AI or LLM application development experience.
• Experience with AI gateways, RAG, MCP, AI agents or model orchestration.
• Experience building on premises enterprise software.
• Experience with air gapped environments.
• Knowledge of Identity, RBAC, Zero Trust, IAM or enterprise security.
• Experience with Envoy, Kong, NGINX or API gateways.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure, Ollama, vLLM or inference platforms.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR or enterprise security tooling.
• Knowledge of enterprise compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST or GDPR.
