Description

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to build and scale our AI-powered service delivery team. You'll work closely with the founders, product, and AI teams to create efficient processes, hire great people, and ensure exceptional execution in a fast-growing startup.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and scale our service delivery operation.
Recruit, train, and manage delivery teams.
Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with the Product and AI teams to improve workflows and automation.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing operations or service delivery teams.
Experience leading teams across multiple customer projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication.
High ownership, hands-on attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
