We are looking for a Director of Data.

You will:

• Lead, manage, and grow teams of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategy, policies and processes.
• Drive the use of data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Provide insights and analytics on media acquisition channels, user usage, business, and product metrics.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through continuous monitoring, auditing, and improvement of data management processes.
• Create and maintain a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and analytics throughout the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and assess potential new tools and techniques for implementation.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading a group of data professionals.
• Experience in B2C, SaaS, or e-commerce companies.
• Experience in self-serve enablement through agentic AI tooling
• Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and forecast modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based data management and analytics tools.
• Google BigQuery and the Google data ecosystem - BONUS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business leaders.

• Visualization and dashboards: Datastudio (Looker studio), Metabase, Mixpanel, Streamlit
