SAP BW Specialist / Implementer

About the Role

A leading, stable, and highly reputable financial enterprise is looking for a SAP BW Implementer to join a large-scale Enterprise environment in Petah Tikva. This is a professional, high-impact position offering excellent terms and significant responsibility, moving beyond isolated tasks to full ownership of processes.

• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day working from home per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Leading projects and tasks end-to-end: understanding business requirements, characterization, and implementing solutions in SAP BW.
• Working with core BW components, data modeling, data loading, and ETL processes.
• Monitoring data loads, troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Developing complex queries and reports using BEx / Query Designer and Workbooks.
• Working independently and collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW implementation (including modeling, data loading, and reporting).
• Strong, deep familiarity with core SAP BW components.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong stakeholder-facing skills.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Experience with BW on HANA / BW4HANA.
• Professional background within a financial institution / company.
• Familiarity or experience with SAP BO / SAC, SQL, or ABAP.
