Key Responsibilities

Learn, implement, and support organizational knowledge and information systems

Gather business requirements and prepare requirement and specification documents for the BI team

Lead and support the development of BI solutions

Define information and reporting requirements for hospital and headquarters users

Analyze data and provide insights to support business and operational decision-making

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data exploration, business requirements documentation, and leading BI and information solutions

Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or Power BI

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to learn independently

Experience analyzing data and providing recommendations to decision-makers

Experience querying and extracting data using SQL
