Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Software Development Project Manager to join a leading government organization in Jerusalem. This is an excellent opportunity to lead end-to-end information systems projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software development and information systems implementation projects from requirements analysis through deployment and ongoing maintenance

Manage development teams and system analysts throughout the project lifecycle

Lead integration processes, system migrations, and implementation activities

Coordinate with vendors, clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners

Manage software releases and oversee user acceptance testing and project handover

Monitor project quality, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Collaborate with Infrastructure, BI, GIS, and other technical teams to support project delivery

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Proven experience managing software development and information systems implementation projects

Experience leading development teams and system analysis teams

Experience managing integrations, testing processes, and production deployments
