Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, computers, and end-user equipment
Deliver professional phone-based technical assistance and troubleshooting
Support users with technical issues and ensure high-quality customer service
Resolve technical incidents and assist with day-to-day IT support activities
Requirements
Experience providing phone-based technical support
Customer service experience in any field
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications, networking, printers, and troubleshooting technical issues
