About the role:

We are looking for a VP Product to join our Product team.

In this role, you will set the product vision and own the market narrative, working across GTM, Customer Success, Analysts, and Partners to shape what Pentera builds next and why. You'll be the voice that connects market reality to product direction, and the leader who aligns the organization around it.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in enterprise B2B software, including managing managers
• Proven track record in cybersecurity product, you understand the domain, not just the market
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-powered products
• Strong technical foundation — able to go deep with engineering and research teams
• Experience serving global enterprise customers across complex sales cycles
• Experience in hybrid SaaS + on-premises software environments
• Familiarity with security validation, penetration testing, or attack simulation concepts
• Background in high-growth, VC-backed companies
