MEP SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee complex building systems throughout project execution.
• Review and verify contractor invoices, quantities, and change orders.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between project stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in similar projects.
• Experience with a construction contractor – an advantage.
• Experience in the operation and/or maintenance of building systems – an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a systems-thinking approach, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  
  

• Positions are available in Ashkelon, Petah Tikva, Ramla, or at project sites throughout Israel, depending on project needs.
