BIM MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to coordinate project geometry and ensure model consistency.
• Perform model review, quality assurance, and coordination using advanced BIM tools and software.
• Lead the resolution of coordination issues by proposing practical solutions and establishing coordination guidelines for project teams.
• Monitor and control design coordination processes, ensuring all disciplines reach full coordination in accordance with project requirements.
• Support multidisciplinary teams throughout the planning and coordination lifecycle to maintain high-quality BIM deliverables.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects using the BIM methodology.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit – mandatory.
• Experience in Infrastructure projects – a significant advantage.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks – an advantage.
• Experience working with Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – a significant advantage.
• Strong technological aptitude with a passion for learning new tools and methodologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
