Senior PPC Specialist – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a senior PPC specialist who thrives on execution. You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end — from brief to launch to optimization — across paid social, native, push, and beyond. Campaigns run across mobile web and desktop. You'll have direct access to leadership, real budget authority, and the ability to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), native networks (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, or similar), push platforms (PropellerAds or similar), and other performance channels
• Own budget pacing and hit ROAS/CPA targets across acquisition and retention
• Drive creative strategy for web-based funnels — brief the team, test aggressively, kill losers fast
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers; document learnings
• Analyze funnel performance across mobile web and desktop and translate data into clear optimization actions
• Stay current on platform policy changes and US sweepstakes/gaming ad compliance requirements
• Work closely with CRM and monetization to align paid acquisition with LTV-positive cohorts

Qualifications

• 5+ years running performance campaigns across multiple channels — paid social, native, and/or push
• Heavy hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; native and push network experience a strong plus
• Proven track record scaling budgets profitably in gaming, iGaming, sweepstakes, or other regulated/compliance-heavy verticals
• Experience optimizing web-based funnels across mobile web and desktop — not app-install campaigns
• Comfortable operating in a lean, startup environment where you figure things out
• Strong analytical chops: comfortable in spreadsheets, can pull insights without a data team
• Creative intuition — you know what makes an ad work and can articulate why
• Solid grasp of pixel/event tracking, UTM structure, and web attribution
