We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Israel Field Service team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and direct interaction with customers across Israel. What You'll Do:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for SolarEdge products and systems installed throughout Israel.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, hardware, software, and communication issues involving inverters, power optimizers, batteries, EV chargers, and energy management solutions.
• Perform testing, system diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacement as required.
• Document service activities, case updates, and resolutions using the SolarEdge CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer service.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience while representing SolarEdge in the field.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.
  
  

• Technician or Practical Engineer qualification in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Valid Israeli Electrician License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical field service role.
• Valid Israeli driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of spoken and written Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Israel and work extended hours when required.
