Quality Systems Manager

We are looking for a professional Quality Systems Manager to join our team at the Ma'adnot factory. In this role, you will lead and operate the plant's quality systems in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring top-tier standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Materials & Packaging QA: Manage QA for raw materials and packaging, including routine operations and new trials.
• Interface & Consumer Relations: Coordinate with corporate headquarters, customers, and consumers, including handling and resolving consumer complaints.
• Audit Programs: Lead and monitor the plant’s annual audit program (both internal and supplier audits).
• Documentation Control: Oversee and control all operational documentation, including work instructions, forms, final product specifications, and internal quality procedures.
• Quality Metrics & Analysis: Track and analyze the plant's quality KPIs, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Authorities:

1. Escalation & Reporting: Report directly to the Quality Manager in case of deviations in raw materials, in-process, or finished products.
2. Hold & Reject: Authority to hold, delay, or reject non-conforming materials and products.
3. Product Release: Authority to release finished products to the market after obtaining compliant quality results.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Food Science, or Chemistry – Mandatory.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in Quality (QA/QC) within the Food or Pharma industry – Mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Full proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word – Mandatory.
• Languages: Good English proficiency (reading and writing) – Mandatory.
