Job Description

A leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion is looking for an experienced Strategic PMO to support and drive its strategic program portfolio.

This role involves managing strategic work plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting executive management, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise-wide technology and business programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor strategic program work plans.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
• Maintain an integrated view of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support decision-making through reporting and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PMO in a large organization.
• Experience working with senior management – advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – advantage.
