Back End Developer

Wanted: Senior Backend Engineer for a FinTech company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the CTO to architect and build a next-generation, high-performance liquidity gateway connecting institutional capital to global prediction markets. This highly impactful, hands-on role offers the unique opportunity to solve complex distributed systems challenges, optimize low-latency transaction processing, and drive the technical evolution of a cutting-edge Web3 infrastructure platform.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design and develop high-performance backend services and state-of-the-art liquidity bridges using Go (Golang) as the core technology stack.

● Architect and integrate resilient systems for order execution, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and real-time market data feeds.

● Implement scalable, event-driven microservices and robust workflow orchestration using modern tools like NATS and Temporal.

● Collaborate directly with the leadership team on system architecture, technical decision-making, and the optimization of low-latency distributed networks.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) alongside 5+ years of professional backend development experience utilizing Go (Golang) or Node.js/TypeScript.

● 2+ years of hands-on Web3/blockchain experience, with a proven track record of building distributed systems and applications on EVM-compatible networks

● Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and transaction lifecycles, including smart contract integration, transaction signing, gas optimization, and nonce management.

● Production-grade experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ), and workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal).

● Strong familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) and a high level of comfort utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to streamline daily workflows.
