System Administrator Team Lead

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced, professional System & Core Infrastructure Team Leader.

This is a challenging and exciting key role within an advanced financial IT environment, leading one of the most critical sectors in the organization.

🎯 What will you do?

• Leadership & Management: Provide professional and managerial leadership to the System team.
• Stability & Security: Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the organization's core systems.
• Tech Management: Hands-on management of virtualization environments and operating systems.
• Projects & Vendors: Lead advanced technological projects end-to-end and manage interactions with various service providers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal interfaces under strict SLA and strict regulatory requirements.

💼 What are we looking for?

• Management Experience: 1+ years of proven experience leading System and Infrastructure teams – Mandatory.
• OS & Virtualization: Strong proficiency in Windows & Linux operating systems and virtualization environments.
• Storage & Hardware: Deep understanding of hardware infrastructures, networking, and complex storage arrays (SAN/NAS).
• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in building and managing leading cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
• User Environments: Skilled in managing user environments and cloud applications (Microsoft 365 / Exchange).
• Soft Skills: High service orientation, independence in driving projects, and excellent stakeholder management.
• An Advantage: Prior experience in the financial sector and working under strict regulatory compliance.
