Job Description

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Citrix Infrastructure Expert to join its Infrastructure team.

The role includes managing and maintaining large-scale Citrix and VDI environments supporting more than 30,000 end users, leading infrastructure projects, and working with mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support Citrix, Terminal Services, and VDI environments.
• Administer Citrix NetScaler and enterprise Citrix infrastructure.
• Support mission-critical infrastructure and healthcare systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects and technology upgrades.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Development, Support, and Project teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to infrastructure strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Infrastructure/System Administration experience.
• 4+ years managing Citrix environments in large enterprise organizations (1,000+ users).
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix and NetScaler.
• Experience with VDI and Terminal Services.
• Strong Microsoft Windows Server administration skills.
• High level of English.
