Security Architect (Microsoft & Azure Security)

What you'll do:

- Design end-to-end security architectures for enterprise on-prem and cloud environments

- Lead secure adoption of Microsoft technologies and Azure services

- Advise infrastructure, development, and business teams on security best practices

- Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and architecture assessments

- Define security policies, standards, and technical guidelines

- Drive secure cloud adoption while balancing business and security needs

We're looking for someone with:

- 5+ years of Cyber Security experience, including 2–3+ years as a Security Architect

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Security (Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, Key Vault, Networking, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel)

- Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 Security, including Defender XDR, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview (DLP & Information Protection), Intune and Entra ID P2

- Experience designing secure enterprise architectures across on-premises and cloud environments

- Experience writing security policies, standards, and conducting security reviews

- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, Threat Modeling, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS frameworks

Nice to have:

- Background in defense, government, or critical infrastructure organizations

- SC-100, CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500 or AZ-305

- DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform), PowerShell/Python

- AI / GenAI Security experience
