Data Engineer

The corporate headquarters and R&D center are located in Center District, operating under a full-time, in-office collaboration model to maximize laboratory and engineering synergy.

Position Overview-

• Senior Data Engineer joining a core, high-impact data division reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Architecting, scaling, and maintaining the company’s end-to-end data platform, including secure Data Warehouse and Data Lake repositories.
• Designing and implementing high-throughput ETL/ELT data integration pipelines to process financial transactions and underwriting data.
• Modeling complex database environments, writing high-performance SQL, and leveraging Microsoft data integration suites to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Empowering business intelligence and risk departments by engineering clean, reliable datasets and optimizing reporting structures.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Financial Technology (FinTech), Credit & Payment Processing, Enterprise Data Engineering, ETL Pipeline Design, Data Warehousing, Microsoft SQL Server Stack (SSIS), Power BI, Python, Big Data Architectures.

Requirements-

• 4 years of proven professional experience operating strictly as a Data Engineer – Mandatory
• Expert-level mastery of SQL and deep experience working with relational database systems, specifically Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) – Mandatory
• Strong, production-grade programming proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and pipeline automation – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and monitoring complex ETL / ELT pipelines – Mandatory
• Proven architectural experience building and optimizing modern Data Warehouse and Data Lake infrastructures – Mandatory
• Technical experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence and integration tools, specifically SSIS and Power BI – Strong Advantage
• Prior experience operating within highly regulated data domains (FinTech, Banking, Cyber, or Healthcare) – Advantage
