Position Overview-

• Algorithm Researcher & Developer joining an elite squad of world-class scientists to take complete, end-to-end technical ownership over highly complex algorithmic pipelines.
• Driving the full R&D lifecycle: translating abstract real-world challenges into concrete mathematical problems, conducting literature reviews, executing rapid Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and implementing production-grade models.
• Conducting hands-on research and development using advanced Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning paradigms to solve highly complex spatial, vision, and decision-making problems.
• Overseeing the transition of researched algorithms into physical integration and runtime optimization, ensuring performance and accuracy metrics meet the highest industrial standards.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Computer Vision (CV), Deep Learning (DL), Reinforcement Learning (RL), Machine Learning, Advanced Signal Processing, High-Performance Computing, Python, C++ Optimization.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a highly quantitative scientific discipline from a leading academic institution – Mandatory (M.Sc. or Ph.D. with a research focus – Strong Advantage)
• 3+ years of proven professional experience dedicated to algorithm development or ML research – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on research and development experience using modern Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) – Mandatory
• Solid foundations in Reinforcement Learning (RL) paradigms or Computer Vision (CV) architectures – Mandatory
• Production-grade coding proficiency in Python – Mandatory
• Foundational understanding of Signal Processing concepts or C++ programming – Advantage
• Self-driven researcher with a proven ability to bridge the gap between academic literature and robust, real-world implementations – Mandatory
