Radix Engineering provides engineering services that bridge the gap between product development and manufacturing, partnering with leading companies across the medical device, high-tech, and industrial sectors. We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – a global Class III medical device company based in Yokneam.

We are seeking a Hardware / System Engineer to join the company's engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary medical systems, supporting products throughout their lifecycle. The role combines hands-on hardware engineering with system-level thinking, focusing on technical problem-solving, product improvements, and close collaboration with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for released medical device systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues originating from manufacturing, subcontractors, and field performance.
• Lead hardware improvements and engineering changes to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Support system integration activities and ensure robust product performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience in hardware or multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system integration – an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
