Sales & Marketing Specialist (On-site, Netanya)

Gangelia is a defense robotics startup developing advanced autonomous systems. We are looking for a self-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who will independently own the full sales and marketing process and build our commercial pipeline.

This part-time, on-site role in Netanya is for a true self-starter who does not wait for instructions. You will proactively initiate webinars, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, and mailing list activities, while driving leads through the entire funnel to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently create and execute marketing initiatives (LinkedIn posts, webinars, email campaigns, mailing lists) to generate pipeline.
• Identify, outreach, and qualify defense sector leads; conduct calls, meetings, and product demos.
• Own the complete sales cycle — from first contact through nurturing and closing deals.
• Build relationships with defense primes, government entities, and partners.
• Track performance and improve processes with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Strong self-starter who proactively initiates activities and works autonomously.
• Proven B2B sales experience closing deals independently (defense or deep-tech experience essential).
• Hands-on marketing experience: LinkedIn content, webinars, email campaigns, and lead generation.
• Technical understanding of complex systems and ability to communicate them effectively.
• Network or experience in the Israeli defense ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); fluent Hebrew and English.
• Available part-time on-site in Netanya (near central train station).
