What You'll Do

As a Marketing Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across a variety of industries. You'll analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize large-scale paid search marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
• Own and manage high marketing budgets in competitive global markets.
• Conduct marketing research and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Set up, implement, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technical teams to drive marketing performance and innovation.

What We're Looking For -

Entry-Level Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university – required.
• Preferred fields of study: Economics, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics), or Engineering.
• Outstanding academic achievements, such as graduating with honors (e.g., Magna Cum Laude) or a high Psychometric Exam/GMAT score – a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Or Experienced Candidates:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads).
• Experience managing monthly marketing budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
