Information Systems Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Analyst to lead business requirements gathering, system analysis, and the implementation of information system solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and the Information Systems department to define requirements, oversee implementation processes, and ensure successful delivery of business and technological initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead functional analysis and prepare detailed functional specification documents.
• Define and design information system solutions, including AI-based and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interface between business units and the Information Systems department.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance, and post-deployment activities.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and ongoing operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement and system optimization.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – required.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Experience working closely with Information Systems, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system implementation, monitoring progress, and managing cross-functional processes.
• Familiarity with AI solutions, automation technologies, or digital transformation projects – an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects from requirements through implementation
• Willingness to obtain a security clearance.
