Network & Communication Technician

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise communication and cellular systems in a large-scale, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain enterprise communication and mobile infrastructure.

* Monitor network and communication systems, perform system health checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.

* Troubleshoot communication, network, and system-related issues to ensure high service availability.

* Collaborate with telecommunications providers and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support ongoing operations.

* Operate monitoring, control, and management systems for communication infrastructure.

* Work closely with information security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

* Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new communication technologies and

solutions.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, networking, or cellular technologies.

* Hands-on experience with data communications, WAN, Voice, and VoIP technologies - MUST.

* Experience operating, maintaining, and monitoring enterprise communication and cellular systems.

* Experience troubleshooting communication, network, and system-related issues.

* Experience performing system monitoring, health checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.

* Experience working with network monitoring, control, and management systems.
