Service Engineer Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commissioning, upgrade, and support Massivit digital printing systems onsite and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system optimization.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Lead Alpha/Beta installations and support critical customer escalations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base.
• Support global Service Engineers WW and collaborate with R&D and Operations.
• Optimize CRM documentation and ensure accurate service reporting.
• Represent Massivit professionally while delivering excellent customer support.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of field service or technical support experience with complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in industrial printing or capital equipment – an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
