Mechanical Development Engineer

We are looking for

A Mechanical Development Engineer for test and validation systems at our Haifa (Matam) site, within the Aerospace division

You will be part of a team that designs and develops advanced electronic test systems, from concept through first article delivery. If you love seeing a product transition from development to production, working across multiple disciplines, and taking end-to-end ownership – come be part of the action

In this role you will

Design mechanical and opto-mechanical advanced electronic test systems incorporating electronic packaging, optics, components, and purchased assemblies

Take end-to-end ownership of all mechanical development phases through first article delivery

Lead integration and transition from development to production

Manage subcontractors and coordinate with multiple cross-disciplinary interfaces

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma

Knowledge and experience in mechanical design and electronic packaging

Knowledge in opto-mechanics - advantage

Familiarity with manufacturing technologies

Full proficiency in SolidWorks

Ability to lead tasks, manage interfaces, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
