We're Hiring: Clinical Field Application Specialist – PTSD Technology

National PTSD Implementation Program | Communities Across the Gaza Envelope Region | Hybrid (Field + Remote), Israel

About the Role:

Join a national initiative expanding access to innovative PTSD treatment across clinical centers serving communities throughout the Gaza Envelope region.

As a Clinical Field Application Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing Prism for PTSD—an FDA-cleared neurotechnology—across leading healthcare organizations providing care to individuals affected by trauma. Working closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead clinical implementation, training, and ongoing support while helping ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to clinicians using Prism technology.

• Conduct field visits and remote sessions to ensure proper setup, calibration, and adherence to clinical protocols.

• Troubleshoot clinical/technical issues and coordinate with the internal team.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clinical sites and healthcare professionals.

• Develop protocols, guides, and best practices based on real-world needs.

• Collect user feedback and collaborate with the R&D and clinical teams to improve workflow and usability.

Who We're Looking For:

• B.Sc. or higher in Psychology, Neuroscience, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Previous experience in clinical applications, medical devices, digital health, or customer-facing clinical support- an advantage.

• Experience delivering clinical training or implementing medical technologies-an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven.

• Willingness to travel regularly across southern Israel (driver's license required).
