At EnoLED, we're building a premium LED lighting brand for the North American market.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Lead to own our brand, lead marketing execution, and manage high-impact product launches.

This is not a content creation role.

We're looking for a strategic leader who knows how to build a premium brand, manage projects, coordinate teams and external partners, and deliver exceptional marketing from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

• Lead branding and marketing execution across all channels.

• Manage product launches from planning to market.

• Write creative briefs and coordinate designers, developers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and freelancers.

• Manage timelines, priorities, and marketing projects.

• Create and oversee marketing assets including website pages, catalogs, technical documentation, installation guides, product videos, sales materials, and email campaigns.

• Translate technical products into clear marketing and technical documentation, including installation guides, wiring diagrams, product manuals, application guides, and comparison charts.

• Support eCommerce growth, customer journeys, marketing funnels, and campaign strategy.

• Lead offline marketing initiatives including trade shows, printed materials, distributor tools, packaging, and sales presentations.

• Maintain the highest standards of branding, execution, and quality across every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Marketing Operations.

• Strong branding and creative direction skills.

• Proven experience leading premium product launches.

• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, designers, developers, photographers, and video production.

• Experience creating technical marketing documentation for complex products.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce, customer journeys, marketing funnels, and campaign strategy.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.

Nice to Have

• B2B marketing experience.

• Experience marketing to the North American market.

• Experience in the lighting, electrical, industrial, construction, or architectural industries.

• Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
