Job Description:

• Overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of the organization's application software and information systems.
• Manage and lead multiple teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of information systems.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of the organization's information systems with full ownership and accountability.
• Manage and monitor the budgets of development and maintenance projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines and implementation objectives.
• Hybrid work model.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Systems.
• Proven experience in managing employees and leading development teams – significant advantage for candidates with direct management experience of at least 4 employees in a large organization (200+ employees).
• Proven experience in the development, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise systems and applications in large organizations (200+ employees).
• Hands-on experience in budget control, development budget management, and ensuring the timely delivery of complex projects.
• Relevant education in the field: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or another Bachelor's degree combined with advanced Information Systems courses (400+ hours), or a Practical Engineer diploma in Computers/Technology, or a graduate of an IDF technological unit.
