System Engineer

Experienced System Engineer | Defense Industry | Modiin, Israel

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join a leading defense company and play a key role in the development of advanced multidisciplinary systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system engineering activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition to integration, verification, and delivery.
• Develop and manage system requirements, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Perform system architecture analysis and support multidisciplinary design decisions.
• Lead system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with software, hardware, electronics, mechanical, and communication engineering teams.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure technical and operational requirements are achieved.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience in writing system requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience working with complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience with MATLAB and/or Python – an advantage.
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – an advantage.
• Relevant military technological background – an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to lead technical processes independently.

תחומי אחריות:

• הובלת הנדסת מערכת לאורך כל מחזור חיי המוצר – משלב הגדרת הדרישות ועד למסירה.
• כתיבה וניהול של דרישות מערכת, מפרטים טכניים ומסמכי הנדסה.
• הובלת תהליכי אינטגרציה, אימות ותיקוף של מערכות מורכבות.
• עבודה בסביבה מולטי-דיסציפלינרית בשיתוף צוותי תוכנה, חומרה, אלקטרוניקה, מכניקה ותקשורת.
• ניתוח פתרונות הנדסיים וקבלת החלטות מערכתיות.
• עבודה מול לקוחות, ממשקים הנדסיים ובעלי עניין לאורך חיי הפרויקט.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל, תוכנה, מכונות או אווירונאוטיקה.
• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בהנדסת מערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות.
• ניסיון בכתיבת דרישות מערכת ומפרטים טכניים.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות מורכבות ורב-תחומיות.
• היכרות עם MATLAB ו/או Python – יתרון משמעותי.
• תואר שני בהנדסת מערכות – יתרון.
• רקע צבאי טכנולוגי רלוונטי – יתרון.
• יכולת הובלה, חשיבה מערכתית, ראייה רחבה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
