Logistics Assistant Student

We are looking for

For our site in Modi'in, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant in the Aerospace division

You will be part of the logistics team that ensures the operational supply chain runs smoothly – from managing transportation and taxi assignments, through cost analysis, to coordinating with security and suppliers. In this role you will

Handle supplier invoices – approving drafts, verifying task pricing and approving invoices in the system

Consolidate taxi assignments and enter them into the MOOVEX system

Enter various transportation tasks – cranes, tow trucks, trucks, dedicated truck, courier and more

Analyze quarterly transportation costs and generate reports

Analyze the efficiency of dedicated truck and courier operations

Issue security escort requests in coordination with various security entities

Enter entry permits for external contractor drivers

Fill in for the Transportation Coordinator in their absence

Requirements

Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of studies remaining

Full proficiency in Office applications

Familiarity with ERP computerized information systems - advantage

Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain

Basic level of English

Availability to work at least 3 days per week

Organizational skills, high service orientation, systemic perspective and ability to multitask
