We're building two complementary businesses that help Israeli startups hire and scale internationally.
MakeHire is an AI-assisted recruiting platform that combines AI candidate interviews, sourcing automation, and experienced recruiters to help companies evaluate more candidates, hire faster, and reduce recruiting workload. It is particularly valuable for Israeli startups hiring in the US and other international markets, where limited recruiter capacity and time zone differences often slow down hiring, especially for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions.
Olive Systems helps startups build dedicated offshore engineering teams by connecting them with exceptional software engineers from Ukraine and Europe. We support companies with dedicated developers, engineering team extension, and technical recruiting across software engineering, AI, data, infrastructure, DevOps, product, and related technical roles.
Together, these businesses allow us to solve two different but complementary hiring challenges:
- helping companies hire internationally more efficiently through AI-assisted recruiting;
- helping engineering teams scale quickly with high-quality offshore talent.
We're looking for an independent GTM & Recruiting Partner who already has trusted relationships within the Israeli startup ecosystem.
This isn't a traditional sales role.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term strategic partner and help us build our presence in Israel.
Rather than selling a single service, you'll help startups choose the solution that best fits their hiring needs.
Some companies need help evaluating hundreds of candidates across international markets.
Others need to quickly expand their engineering capacity with experienced offshore developers.
You'll help us identify those opportunities, open doors, participate in client conversations, and build long-term relationships.
- Introduce our solutions to Israeli startups.
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, COOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, VP People, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
- Identify companies hiring internationally, particularly in the US and North America.
- Identify engineering teams looking to expand through offshore development.
- Qualify opportunities and introduce relevant solutions.
- Join selected discovery and sales calls.
- Help refine our messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for Israel.
- Share feedback from founders, recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Build relationships with recruiters, boutique agencies, VC portfolio companies, accelerators, and startup communities.
- Help close the first clients and build repeatable go-to-market processes.
We're looking for someone who already has credibility inside the Israeli startup ecosystem.
You might be:
- an independent recruiter;
- a recruiting consultant;
- a boutique recruiting agency owner;
- a fractional talent leader;
- a GTM consultant working with startups;
- someone with an existing network among founders and startup executives.
Ideally, you have:
- strong relationships across Israeli startups;
- experience working with venture-backed or fast-growing technology companies;
- experience speaking with founders and executive teams;
- a good understanding of recruiting, hiring processes, and startup growth;
- commercial thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset;
- the ability to open conversations and create opportunities;
- fluent Hebrew and English.
Experience hiring in the US market is a significant advantage.
This is a revenue-share partnership.
During the initial 90-day pilot there is no fixed monthly compensation.
Instead, you'll receive:
30% of the gross margin generated from every client you introduce and actively help close.
Gross margin is calculated as client revenue received minus direct delivery costs related to that client engagement.
Commissions are paid after payment is received from the client.
After the pilot, if we build strong traction together, we're open to discussing:
- a monthly retainer;
- expanded territory ownership;
- higher commission levels;
- a long-term GTM leadership role;
- additional strategic responsibilities.
Most partnership opportunities involve selling a single product.
This role gives you two complementary solutions for the same customer base.
For startups hiring internationally, MakeHire helps increase recruiting capacity through AI-assisted candidate evaluation and structured first-round interviews.
For startups scaling engineering teams, Olive Systems provides access to experienced offshore software developers and dedicated engineering teams.
Instead of trying to fit every client into one offering, you'll be able to recommend the solution that genuinely solves their hiring challenge.
