Role Description
As a Growth & Content Marketing Manager for the French market, you’ll own the hands-on execution of content-led marketing activities for ActiveTrail in France. This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role for a full-stack marketer who can write, build, and launch content-led growth initiatives.
Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you’ll turn strategy into content, campaigns and funnels that drive measurable business results. All customer-facing content and marketing activity is created in native-level French. This is not a translation role. You will create content, messaging and campaigns that feel natural, relevant and credible for the French market.
You will also work closely with our French sales team, maintaining a clear feedback loop around lead quality, campaign performance, local market needs and sales follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who loves creating valuable content, understands how content supports growth, and can move from idea to execution without waiting for everything to be perfectly defined. Success in this role means consistently turning content, campaigns, webinars and events into stronger funnels, better engagement and higher-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Digital Presence: Own the creation, coordination and delivery of market-facing content across the website, landing pages, blog, newsletters, email campaigns, social channels, webinars, video, events and other marketing assets.
- Organic Visibility & Brand Positioning: Build meaningful organic visibility and market presence across social media, search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences. Create content that strengthens ActiveTrail’s positioning while contributing to relevant traffic, leads and online growth.
- Campaigns, Funnels & Conversion: Turn content and campaign ideas into complete marketing journeys, including messaging, landing pages, email sequences, post-click experiences, segmentation and follow-up flows. Continuously look for practical ways to improve engagement and conversion.
- Webinars, Video, Events & Co-Marketing: Lead the marketing execution around webinars, educational content, product videos, meetups, sponsorships and co-marketing activities, including promotion, registration, follow-up and content repurposing.
- Sales Alignment & Local Market Coordination: Work closely with the French sales team to maintain a clear feedback loop around lead quality, campaign performance, local market needs and sales follow-up. Turn these insights into stronger marketing activity and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in SaaS, B2B tech, digital-first companies, or marketing agencies.
- French as a mother tongue, with exceptional writing and editing skills for creating clear, natural and persuasive marketing content.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, including email campaigns, workflows, segmentation and nurture journeys, alongside a strong understanding of content-led funnels and conversion paths.
- Confident working with websites, landing page builders, AI tools and other marketing technology. Able to learn new tools quickly, solve practical execution issues independently and turn ideas into live marketing assets.
- Comfortable using marketing data, dashboards and performance metrics to improve content, campaigns and funnel performance.
- Good professional English and/or Hebrew for day-to-day communication with the Israel-based team.
