🚀 We’re Hiring | IT Infrastructure Engineer

📍 Location: Central Israel (On-site)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our IT infrastructure, server rooms, monitoring systems, and backup environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain on-premises IT infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
• Manage and maintain server rooms, including racks, cabling, power, and hardware
• Administer storage, backup, and recovery solutions
• Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and infrastructure issues
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to support business operations

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or System Administrator

✔️ Strong experience with Windows Server and VMware environments

✔️ Hands-on experience with server room infrastructure, hardware installation, and rack management

✔️ Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, or similar)

✔️ Experience with monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar tools

✔️ Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing)

✔️ Experience with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) – an advantage

Nice to Have:

➕ Active Israeli Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
