We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of our end-to-end data pipeline. In this role, you will manage everything from data ingestion and pipeline creation across diverse sources, through building modern data warehouse layers in Snowflake using dbt, to designing semantic models and impactful Power BI reports for our business users. This is a hands-on position with a direct influence on shaping our data solutions and infrastructure.

• Data Pipelines & ELT: Develop and maintain data pipelines and ELT processes using Azure Data Factory, ingesting data from various sources (ERP, SQL, APIs, Excel).
• Data Warehousing: Model and build modern data warehouses, utilizing the Medallion architecture, aggregations, and performance optimization techniques.
• SQL Transformations: Write complex SQL queries for data transformation, cleaning, consolidation, and implementation of business logic.
• Power BI Development: Design and optimize semantic models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query.
• Business Collaboration: Build corporate reports and organizational KPIs in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Data Quality: Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper documentation across all layers of the data stack.

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or Data Engineer.
• Advanced SQL skills, including highly complex queries, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, developing models and transformations according to industry best practices.
• Pipeline Orchestration: Practical experience building data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (or a similar orchestration tool).
• Power BI Expertise: Strong experience developing semantic models and reports, with deep knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• DWH Modeling: Proven experience modeling data warehouses using Star Schema (Fact/Dimension) methodology.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills with business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Familiarity with the broader Azure ecosystem.
• Good level of English.
