AI Cybersecurity Compliance & Business Operations Associate

AGAT Software is a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company based in Jerusalem. We develop advanced solutions that help enterprises secure, govern, and manage the use of AI tools across their organizations.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive team member to manage our ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance activities while also supporting business operations, sales, and customer-facing initiatives.

This is a cross-functional role with exposure to many areas of the company, including Development, QA, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Management. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in AI cybersecurity, compliance, business operations, and sales within a growing technology company.

What You’ll Do

Compliance and Operations

• Manage and maintain the company’s ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance program
• Track compliance controls, tasks, deadlines, and evidence collection
• Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are completed on time
• Prepare documentation and supporting materials for annual external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency
• Support additional cybersecurity questionnaires and customer compliance requests
  

Sales and Business Support

• Assist the sales team with prospect and customer research
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, questionnaires, and customer-facing materials
• Support follow-up activities with prospects, customers, and business partners
• Maintain and update sales and business information in internal systems
• Participate in selected customer and partner meetings
• Help coordinate demos, meetings, and business-development activities

Position Details

• Part-time position: approximately 20 hours per week
