Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Generate reports, perform quality controls, and work across multiple internal systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executive-level management at client organizations.
• Analyze and manage complex datasets with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – required (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is a significant advantage).
• Fluent English (written, verbal, and reading) – required.
• Previous experience working with clients – required.
• Experience working with B2B/business clients – required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel formula proficiency – required.
• Financial orientation or background – a significant advantage.
