Lead Training Manager – Cybersecurity Academy

We are looking for a Lead Trainer / Lead Training Manager to take ownership of training excellence within our academy while stepping into early-stage leadership responsibilities.

This is a RELOCATION role combining hands-on training delivery with team leadership and mentorship, ideal for someone ready to evolve into a Deputy-level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cybersecurity training (full or partial load)
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers
• Ensure training standards, structure, and outcomes are consistently high
• Contribute to curriculum improvement and training strategy
• Support performance evaluation of trainees
• Assist in managing training operations and planning

Requirements

• Strong background in cybersecurity (Blue / SOC / IR / related fields)
• Proven experience as a trainer / instructor
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Leadership potential with a proactive mindset
• Strong presence in a classroom / training environment

Advantage

• Experience leading training teams or mentoring instructors
• Background in building or scaling training programs
• Exposure to international or relocation-based roles

Growth Path
