Quality Manager | Haifa

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary manufacturing company located in the Haifa area.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading the company's Quality Management System, managing the Quality team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality department (7 employees).
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Manage supplier quality and subcontractor quality processes.
• Drive CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, MRB, 8D and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing and R&D.
• Support quality aspects of new products, projects and tenders.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs.
• Present quality performance to senior management.
• Work with international customers and manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing Quality teams.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with supplier quality, quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting tenders and project-based manufacturing – an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
