yad2 is looking for an E-commerce Commercial Manager to join a new project within our Goods vertical. The role includes full responsibility for the setup, recruitment, and ongoing management of commercial partnerships with leading suppliers and retailers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Scouting, negotiating with, and onboarding leading external suppliers and retailers to expand the product catalog.
- Leading and closing complex commercial agreements independently to maximize platform revenue share and profit margins.
- Target Management (P&L): Defining, monitoring, routinely reporting (daily and monthly), and meeting predefined sales and profitability targets. Implementing active measures for real-time deviation correction.
- Continuous tracking of the market and key competitors (pricing, commercial terms, promotions, trends) to ensure a competitive advantage and rapid adaptation.
- Ongoing management of vendor performance, defining dynamic pricing strategies, tracking inventory replenishment, managing markdown mechanisms, and optimizing product placement.
- Characterizing and executing exclusive commercial campaigns and conversion-oriented promotions.
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial / Trade Manager within a large, leading retail or e-commerce organization (e.g., Super-Pharm, major retail chains).
- Proven ability to manage completely independent commercial activities. The role requires hitting the ground running ("diving into deep waters") without the need for prolonged onboarding or ongoing managerial supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in commercial data analysis. Ability to manage profit margins, understand pricing models, and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Proven experience in Account / Vendor Management, including closing commercial deals.
- Proactivity, entrepreneurship, a strong sales orientation, and hands-on field execution capabilities.
- Prior experience in team management – significant advantage (the role serves as a foundation for building and developing a trade team in the future).
