Principal Solutions Architect (25270)

We are looking for a visionary Principal Solutions Architect to drive innovation, guide engineering teams, and deliver top-tier cloud solutions for our customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex engineering issues, driving tool selection and defining technical roadmaps.
• Collaboration: Partner with Principal Consultants during technical discovery sessions to break down project requirements into actionable tasks.
• Team Execution: Lead and assist teams of cloud engineers, setting priorities and providing technical mentorship.
• Client Advisory: Maintain close working relationships with customers as a "Trusted Advisor," managing scope, challenging assumptions, and taking ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role (Team Lead/Architect).
• 4+ years of specialized experience in one of the following: Containerization/Cloud Native (K8s, OpenShift, EKS/GKE), Big Data, or Machine Learning.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and proficiency with source code management (Git) and scripting.
