The corporate R&D hub is based in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, situated directly along the main rail network), operating under a hybrid framework providing 2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Digital Design & Hardware Architect joining an advanced smartphone imaging sensor engineering group to shape the hardware architecture for next-generation mobile sensing platforms.
• Leading new product design concepts end-to-end—driving innovations all the way from early-stage conceptual research and functional prototyping to high-volume mass production.
• Designing, implementing, debugging, and profiling highly complex embedded systems and silicon-level architectures.
• Executing seamless logic integration of complex digital blocks, micro-architectures, and hardware subsystems.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across multi-disciplinary matrices, aligning closely with internal Software, Core Algorithms, and Verification engineering groups.
• Harnessing modern AI development utilities and predictive tools to optimize architecture pipelines and streamline engineering workflows.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Semiconductor Engineering, Smartphone Sensor Technology, Digital ASIC/FPGA Design, Hardware Architecture, RTL Coding, System-on-Chip (SoC) Integration, Embedded Systems, Image Processing, Frontend-to-Backend Interfacing.

Requirements

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience operating as a Digital Design Engineer / RTL Designer – Mandatory
• Production-grade coding mastery utilizing Verilog and/or VHDL for RTL design architecture – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency with industry-standard digital design and verification tools, simulators, and methodologies – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience integrating modern AI tools or LLM-driven development utilities into engineering workflows to improve design efficiency – Mandatory
• Practical experience or deep structural understanding of System-level design and silicon architecture – Strong Advantage
• Specialized engineering exposure to Image Processing architectures, camera pipeline configurations, or vision sensors – Advantage
