Position Overview

• Principal Network Systems Architect taking full strategic ownership of the technical blueprint and design directions for an advanced Network Operating System (NOS).
• Architecting scalable, ultra-reliable, and highly secure routing platforms tailored for cutting-edge, ultra-high-throughput hyperscale environments.
• Translating complex customer use cases, carrier requirements, and technological trends into comprehensive system specifications and detailed master blueprints.
• Leading crucial technical design reviews, establishing architectural standards, and making high-stakes technology stack decisions without hands-on coding obligations (code readability is required).
• Collaborating cross-functionally across multi-disciplinary matrices, aligning dedicated Software, Infrastructure, Hardware, and high-performance Data Path engineering teams.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Cloud-Native Networking, Network Disaggregation, Network Operating Systems (NOS), Carrier-Grade Routing, Hyperscale Architecture, Data Path Engineering, Silicon/Asic Integration, Broadcom SDK, Multi-Protocol System Design.

Requirements

• Extensive professional background (significant industry experience) dedicated to core Networking, routing architectures, and deep-level communication protocols – Mandatory
• Proven track record in a System/Software Architecture or high-level Technical Leadership role, with verifiable experience authoring technical specifications and driving system-level design reviews – Mandatory
• Background working within leading telecom/networking enterprises OR elite military intelligence technology divisions – Mandatory
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to dive deep into complex features, evaluate software code logic, and interface with diverse engineering squads – Mandatory
• Proficient operating within modern agile environments utilizing standard workflows (Jira, Git, Scrum) – Mandatory
• Hands-on engineering experience or deep architectural familiarity with Data Path optimization, packet processing, or silicon-level chip interfacing – Strong Advantage
• Prior integration or development experience utilizing the Broadcom SDK framework – Strong Advantage
